The Quiz Club
The Quiz Club, created in 2019, is a group of eternally curious young minds with a hunger for knowledge. It worked closely with Cerebrus, an organisation that hosted weekly quiz sessions known as the 'Thinkathon', for the students of classes 6-12. The Quiz Club has grown and qualified for many famous national, state and inter-school quizzes like the Murugappa Madras Quotient, Bharat Ko Jano, Lady Andal Quiz, Landmark Quiz, The Hindu YoungWorld Quiz, The Hindu Speed Quiz, AMM Prachodya, Chinquest and DB Kwizikl.
The Cue
The Cue is a national level inter-school quizzing event organized by B.V. Bhavan's Rajaji Vidyashram exclusively for students from classes 9-12. The event has its roots in 2014 when a group of enthusiastic quizzers of the school decided to host a quizzing event to instigate the quizzing instinct among students. Since then, The Cue has risen to become a phenomenal quizzing event in the city of Chennai.
Illumina
On the 1st of October of 2022 , the Cue Team organized the first edition of Illumina. Illumina is a general quiz competition that covers a wide range of topics and it is held entirely online. This year it was held on Discord, and the finals consisted of several rounds in different quizzing formats including infinite bounce and pounce and buzzers. Over 100 participants of ages 13 to 20 competed and showcased their cognition and wit in the online quiz.
